New Ventures Meet Traditional Thinking
Creating new ventures within traditional organizations is a challenge. Today’s explosive technology, market, competitive and regulatory changes impact current business and create new opportunities. The Worm On A Chopstick Seminars have been developed to help corporations and government agencies address these changes and develop new perspectives and strategies to improve performance.
The author has developed six seminars providing new insights on today’s most critical entrepreneurial management issues. Each seminar runs 3 to 4 hours and handouts will be provided. Most seminars will typically use case studies developed by Harvard Business School and other institutions. Seminars are offered for private firms, corporations and government agencies in the US and abroad, The author is exploring opportunities to jointly offer the new seminar programs working with several U.S. and international universities.
Seminars and speaking engagements in the U.S. and overseas will also be customized for specific client needs.
